Locations:

The Annual Home Owners meeting in March is held at Brookside Intermediate School, 3535 E FM 528 Rd, Friendswood, in the Teaching Theatre.

All other meetings (except the March meeting) are held at the HomeTown Bank of Friendswood, Community Room, 3211 FM 528 (next to Sonic), Friendswood. These are working Board Member meetings, however, residents are welcome. If residents are appealing a committee decision, they need to call Neighborhood Solutions (713) 830-7643 at least one week in advance and request to be put on the Agenda.
